We will beat any competitor’s interest rate or price on all qualifying Pawn Loans.
To qualify:
The rate or price must be from a licensed Pawn Broker in Queensland (competitor)
We must be able to verify the authenticity of the item
If we deem an item to be fake or unsafe it will not be deemed a ‘qualifying’ item
You must be able to present 100 points of Identification that enables us to verify your name and address
The item/s must be yours or you must have verifiable authorisation to loan the item/s
*We may at our discretion ask for a written quote to be presented prior to us honouring the Best Hock Guarantee
We will beat the interest rate by a minimum 1% interest per month. We will loan 5% more than offered by the competitor
We will beat any competitor’s price offered on qualifying items to purchase from you.
To qualify:
The price must be from a licensed Pawn Broker in Queensland (competitor)
The item/s must be yours or you must have verifiable authorisation to sell the item/s
We will beat the price by 5% of the value offered by the competitor.
We may at our discretion ask for a written quote to be presented prior to us honouring the Best Hock Guarantee but this will generally be in only extreme circumstances.
Any quotes presented to us from competitors must be within 7 days of you receiving the quote from a competitor.
Photo ID is required at all times and without sufficient ID we cannot legally offer you a Loan or to Buy your items. In this scenario we cannot honour the Best Hock Guarantee.
At Hock & Go we act with respect at all times and value our customers. We also expect that our customers will act in a responsible manner and show respect to our staff and fellow customers at all times.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who does not adhere to this.
Banned customers who do not qualify for service at our stores are not able to utilise the Best Hock Guarantee.
